“Messy service wont book again.”
My booking was cancelled for no reason and no one could explain why. I flew from.the UK amd had family. That was rude. The full charge for a 2 night stay came.out my account 5 days before the actual system.. said it should. Overall it was a mess as I arrived to the US with a hotel paid for and had to find out it was cancelled had to pay for another hotel and the told my room.wasnt actually cancelled. Then found out it was ca celled because they screwed up.

“Pre cruise stay”
We stayed 1 night before boarding a cruise. Location was great for the cruise port - not a lot in walking distance (although we did manage to find a couple of restaurants). Breakfast was as expected for hotel breakfast (waffles, fruit, yoghurts, eggs, sausage, bacon etc)

“Very good stay”
A clean, modern, spacious hotel in a good location for Cape Canaveral. Comfortable beds in modern clean room. Breakfast was disappointing - hot food was luke warm, breakfast finished at 9am - the staff were waiting to pull the barriers across on the dot of 9am. With families and travelers, breakfast should be available until 9.30 or 10am. The only blemish on an otherwise excellent hotel.

“Fabulous hotel!”
The rooms were huge! 2 king size beds, walk in wardrobe, separate toilet and shower room, coffee machine, microwave, fridge, lounge area, Disney needs to make rooms like these! Great laundry facilities, great breakfast and room service
