“Superb villa, with a close proximity to the beach!”

Great space over 2 floors. Swimming pool is gated for the little guests which is perfect. Villa has everything you need for a perfect stay. There are even beach accessories (sand toys, chairs and umbrella).

The location is perfect for the beech, and local shops. if you have a car then there are several supermarkets less than 10 mins away.

We spent in this house a week in winter. The house is fully equipped and comfortable. Katia was very helpful. She bought us tasty breakfast for the first morning and gave us many tips for trips in the neighborhood. We spent wonderful holiday there.

The villa was very close to the beach, 5 mins only on foot. It was very tidy and well equipped. The owner was really kind and helpful and gave us a lot of info about the area, recommendations etc. Communication was fast before and during our holiday as well.

We had a great stay overall! The villa is located in a walking distance to the beach and all necessities (supermarkets, meat shop, ATM, car rental, etc.) were just behind the corner. At the same time, the place offered complete privacy and had a really cosy outside area with sofas, eating table, sunbeds, pool and a big garden. We were looking for a chill holiday this year and we spent a lot of time in the villa, grilling in the garden, hanging out around the pool. It is a great place for a family with small kids! At the same time, one can rent a car or take a taxi to easily visit some nearby towns like Arta, which offer more opportunities to experience Spanish culture and food. The host Katia was very friendly and was always available to answer any questions or requests. We had a great time and would highly recommend to stay here!

“I want to live here...”

Villa Del Mar is beautiful and comfortable. It has everything you'll need for a short or long term stay. If you're an explorer then it's worth renting a car for exploring. For those local days, just leave it on the drive and enjoy the amazing beach 5 minutes walk away or the decent size pool. Katia, the host, is very friendly and kindly provided us with some great suggestions of places to visit and explore, and great food options is you fancy eating out. Will come again for sure!

The house was beautiful and there were all facilities that we could ever ask for. Katia our host was very friendly and aided us to improve our stay even more. The beach was excellent and just a short walk from the house. Nice snorkling too.

Beautiful house with swimming pool located in quiet neighborhood and very close to a beach with nice blue water. We were a family of 6 and were well received by our host Katia who introduced us to a clean house with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The house had plenty of space and a great terrasse for enjoying breakfast, late evenings and days at the pool. Throughout our stay our host was very helpful and serviceminded in making sure we had a good stay. Highly recommended.

Villa is located 6 minutes walk from beautiful Mesquida beach and nature conservation area where you can make trails with the picturesque views, 10 Minutes of driving there is another beautiful beach Aguila, small city with castle and good restaurants and shops. 3 cars can park in the villa. Big terrace with pool and BBQ area. very comfortable beds. Owner Katya is mega friendly and useful with advises on local attractions, activities and contacts. Highly recommended.
