“No frills, quiet place”
No frills kinda place, but you get some bonuses like USB and power outlets by the bedside. Hosts were friendly, but non-intrusive. They don't serve food, but you can get meals in the village within walking distance and they have a shop downstairs. Nice balcony and the window had an insect net, so I could leave it open. Close to the main road, but separated by vegetation and a creek, so it's quiet. There's a foot bridge over the water, in close proximity, that allows access to the facilities on the road (shops, restaurants).

Big spacious room ok the top floor (we had room 5 & 6. Lovely base with friendly staff. Adriana's mum showed us around. The facilities at bottom were great, kettle, fridge freezer etc. Beautiful views.. what a location. Worth a trip to lake Vidraru. Might even see bears! Modern room and bathroom.

Although I only spent the night and left early in the morning, I noticed they had a nice big garden, big shared kitchen, coffee in the morning and it felt hospitable.
