“Great place”

Great place, close to the beaches places to eat and places of interest (giardino dei tarocchi). The place was very clean, nice decor and quiet. The breakfast was also great, with fruit and sweet and savory options (scambled eggs, local cheese and salame). Highly recommended.

“Simply perfect”

Beautiful farm house amongst olive trees. The owner Alessia is very attentive and welcoming. The breakfast is stunning with home made cakes and lovely produce from the area. The bedroom was perfect and extremely comfortable. If we come back to this area we would not hesitate to stay there again!

Everything! Orti di Capalbio is a stunning property and is so comfortable. My friend and I drove to the region from Florence to visit Niki de Saint Phalle's tarot garden and spent a couple of days exploring. Alessia was a perfect host and had great recommendations for restaurants and beaches. We had a great time just driving around, shopping at the market in Orbetello, eating lots of local foods, and just lounging and enjoying the setting of this beautiful property. It was also refreshing to be somewhere in Italy that was NOT full of American tourists (saying this as an American). Highly recommend!

“Peaceful, relaxing, clean, functional.”

Breakfast with a wide variety of choices, from sweet to savoury was excellent. The location was magical, peaceful yet strategic, not to far from the main road which takes you to a near by beach or just a few km more takes you to Porto Ercole/Santo Stefano or the Maremma national park. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed super comfy. The staff (Marta) was an absoulte delight, kind, professional and works with a big smile. Last but not least, our Hosts, Alessia an Enrico were an absolute charm, splendid people ready to help in whichever way they can. Grazie mille!

Lovely retreat. Nice rooms--clean and well-appointed. The A/C was an unexpected bonus. The breakfast was great. Plenty of interesting things to see/do within driving distance (Capalbio and the Tarot Garden both highly recommended). Hosts were easy to communicate with and quick to respond over WhatsApp.

We had such a lovely time! The place is beautifully located in the countryside, but very close to Capalbio town and the beach. Spot clean and we had everything we needed. Great breakfast. Alessia the host, and the girls working there were so kind and friendly. They even arranged presents for out little boy in the morning!

Beautiful farmhouse with a large garden and a practical parking site. The room was tidy and comfy. The breakfast was copious.
