the place was way better than the photos, beautifully designed rooms, large and comfy beds and so well equipped, the location is sublime and peaceful and the staff are so nice and helpful, they even gave us free late check out, so friendly and welcoming

be very careful with this property: I would recommend you not to pay for services in advance, never leave your credit card details to the staff. i had terrible unexpected surprises upon arrival and when leaving . the te t was lacking some pieces of furniture that all the other tents had (I. e. mirror, outside lamps, internal camping lamps etc) ; it was overall so dark and they never gave any explanations to us. moreover I left my nanny and my kid there for the second week. and. as they left, the structures used my credit card for a so called balance payment - we had separately paid before for the beach - without giving me any evidence of the costs ( no invoice, no receipt, no warning) . i was home and got the debit. as I asked for explanations, they just told me that they had ‘electricity issues’ (but the POS was evidently working!) and that they would have followed up as soon as possibile (!!)
