“Great value for Money”
We've been staying at the apartment in Capalbio for 1 night on our way to Tuscany. It turned out to be a great choice. The host waited for us till arriving safetly despite the late hour and the room was simple but very comfortable and cozy. Shiny clean and include everything you need to get a good night sleep Breakfast was nice addition, great service, view is fantastic and we had the chance to visit nearby medieval town Capalbio.

A lovely place to stay very close to Capalbio which is such a beautiful, ancient town. The owners were really friendly and the communications before our stay were excellent. Breakfast was delicious and we also enjoyed throwing the frisbee for the dog!

“Home away from home.”
Beautifully thought out spaces. Well decorated rooms, felt like I was sleeping in a Pinterest board. It really made me relaxed. The hosting was the best I’ve had in Italy to date, caring and helpful hosts. Truly made me feel like I was home and welcome in their space. If I can be I will be back.

“Beautiful property, great and serene surroundings”
The host was exceptionally kind, pleasant, and went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome. The location was beautiful, and the breakfast was excellent, with the host taking special care to accommodate different diets (vegan ) etc. Bonus for the lovely dog at the propoerty who gave us the best welcome every time we stepped out.

“A wonderful place to spend your holidays.”
Erico and his daughter are absolutely amazing, our vacation there was stunning. The rooms are spacious and clean, bathroom as well, comfort product as shampoo etc are daily assorted. Continental breakfast, with coffe, cappuccino fresh juices, cakes, biscuits, yogurt, nuts seeds, cereals. The location is perfect easy to reach and near to many touristic places and beaches. As a plus if you like looking at the stars at night you can enjoy a comfortable relax-bed in the garden and contemplate the stunning view of the milk-way and millions of stars. Thanks for your hospitality and see you next year Paolo and Silvia.
