We decided to stay outside of bigger towns and we loved this place. So much space, especially when you have a room with garden around it. Good breakfast with good coffee and friendly hosts (that can't speak that much English), but alway tried their best to make their guests happy. They gave us very nice tips for things to do in this area. The rooms are clean and have everything you need.

“Great tranquil property”
Beautiful tranquil property. Sprawling grounds. Seems like it was very recently renovated. The design of the room was very well thought out and built. The bed was very comfortable.

It was really lovely and we were amazed by host. They were really helpfull and appartment was very clean and beautifull. We would recommend to everybody to stay here while in Tuscany. Great views and close to sea. Beautifull old town Capalbio. We will get back here for sure!

“Perfect and peaceful! so beautiful Nature”
very beautiful place and surroundings. There were fireflies in the night and it was so beautiful our 5 year old son loved it so much. A very peaceful and beautiful place with kind hearted people! highly recommend!

The setting is stunning surrounded by olive trees and beautifully kept gardens. It is a super relaxing place where life slows down as it should on holiday. The breakfast is a real cake feasts with plenty of sweet and savoury options. I would recommend this place to anyone wishing to wind down and relax in beautiful settings.
