“Home away from home”
This accommodation was just perfect. I forgot to notify the host of my arrival time yet she came and met me without hassle at the entrance to the village and took me to the apartment. The apartment is in the best area I think. There is a bakery underneath and an amazing pizza eatery to eat in or take away. Loads of shops and most of the energy of the nightlife I felt was in this Port Ambonne building. The apartment is on the top floor, so quiet at night, but close to everything. The views of the sunset were to die for. The apartment is equipped with everything you could need, including clothes washing machine which is handy if you've been travelling for a while. In terms of price, the village is expensive if you don't stay in the camping area. I was there on what I think was the peak week as well so even though it was expensive, comparative to the others I looked at, this was the best priced. The apartment definitely contributed to my first experience at the village. I don't think I would have had such as good an experience if I stayed in the camping area. I would definitely stay here again next year.
