I had a situation when I specifically asked the front desk lady on a Thursday morning after work for a room that I will be checking out on Saturday. She did a computer check and came back with the total, I paid the total. Well after paying almost 200 I was locked out my room on Friday morning. So a 24 hour period I paid almost 200 and when I explained to the guy who was the manger he didn't do anything. I checked in around 4 am and asked the front desk should I wait to pay early check in. She then told me know what your paying for is from Thursday morning through sat morning, and I was still out out my room Friday morning.
