Good location with picturesque views next to mountains and rivers; some birds and alpacas kept on site. Spacious, clean rooms with hot water. Food fine.

“Good hotel near the mountains”
It's a simple hotel but good. It's close to the mountains if you are looking to do day hikes. The rooms are spacious and confortable, everything was clean. The food at the restaurant was also good.

“Nice place to stay for a weekend, many attractions to see in the area.”
The Tambo Lodge is situated by the river and surrounded by mountains. Very peaceful and relaxing place. The food overall was very tasty (breakfast and dinners). The staff were very friendly and the chef cooked the dinner for us when we arrived late, even though the kitchen was already closed.
