“Very good vacation spot on the beach with friendly staff”

Super friendly staff. Marilyn, Estrella, Darvin and Cristian are the people who give this hotel its face, without them it wouldn't be what it is today. They fulfilled every wish we had, we asked for a fruit salad that wasn't on the menu and they made it for us. They were like family members, not waiters. We also want to thank chef Carlos for the wonderful food. People like this need to be kept. We would come back just for these people

Our stay at Punta del Norte was honestly incredible from start to finish. This place is special, but what truly made it unforgettable were the people. First and foremost: Darwin. Just wow. Darwin is an absolute gem. His service was beyond professional. He was warm, proactive, attentive without ever being intrusive, and genuinely cared that we were having the best possible experience. His drinks were amazing (truly some of the best algarrobinas we ever had), and he somehow always knew exactly what we wanted before we even asked. You can tell he loves what he does, and that energy makes such a difference. We also want to mention Señor Percy, who was very kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. He made us feel comfortable and well taken care of from the beginning. Everything at Punta del Norte felt thoughtful, calm, and beautifully done. We felt relaxed, spoiled, and genuinely grateful for the care we received. This was not just a hotel stay, it was an experience, and a big part of that is thanks to the amazing staff. We are 100% coming back. Huge thank you to the whole team, and especially to Darwin. This place has our hearts.

We absolutely loved our stay in Punta del Norte. The hotel has everything one needs - the staff is extremely friendly and helpful and the location in front of the beach is just perfect! Thanks so much Percy for fixing medicine when we needed, John for the amazing pisco sours and friendly talks and señor Pedro for always being so attentive and friendly! The pool was extremely modern. The rooms are spacious & luxurious. A secluded property to relax & unwind to the highest standard. 10/10 stay. Guests certainly would not be disappointed. “Beautiful hotel, definitely recommend”

- Our room with the ocean view was spectacular. Massive, comfortable bed, nice bathroom, cozy terrace and a hammock just in front of it. - The bungalows are spreaded in groups of 3 around the land, making it feel very private. Everything is clean and pretty. - There is a lot of trees, plants and flowers around. - All the staff was very friendly and helpful. We loved the maracuja sour made by Darwin. - The food was amazing. Chef Carlos did a great job, we liked especially leche de tigre and arroz chaufa with fish. - The hotel offers many tours and activities, we went on a whale watching tour and swimming with the turtles in one tour. We saw many whales :)

“Amazing Hotel, Cannot Recommend Enough!”

This place is amazing! It is right on the beach where you can literally watch humpback whales jumping out of the water. The rooms are very comfortable and the swimming pool is perfect. The hotel has a restaurant and the food is top quality and very affordable. The staff in this hotel are amazing also, special mention to Jefferson, Edison, Darwin, Diego, Sandra (the go to mototaxi driver for the hotel) and Chef "tio" Carlos! Extra extra special mention to Christian who took extra care of my family and I during our stay, even acting as our tour guide / driver on his day off! I really can't recommend staying here enough! We will definitely be back!

The whale watching (mid-August) was fantastic

The staff was amazing and superfriendly. They knew my habits and preferences and anticipated on that. They provided real good information, even though we didn't speak each others language. The whale tour was amazing, many whales jumped out of the water. Breakfast was large. The menu was great. Many sunbeds in different areas. Next to the pool you could tap free cold drinking water. It made my trip in Peru perfect!

It has everything you need for a family, from the distribution of the rooms, beach toys, beach towels, water dispenser, layouts of the sun loungers (beach and pool), games etc Staff was very attentive from the administrators Alejandro and Diego, to Carlos the chef who prepared awesome dishes (we can’t say which one was our favourite) and also Clara who was charmed by our boy and made him Mango juice 😁, also Darwin (reception and barman) who prepared the perfect drinks, Maria, Jefferson, Jonathan, Christian and Jose all of them made our stay very pleasant and made us feel welcomed. Will definitely come back

“Exceptional hospitality”

We had a fantastic week at Punta del Norte Bungalows with my 22-year-old daughter in June. Having travelled a lot, I've never experienced such a warm welcome and personalised service elsewhere. The hotel's location is ideal for families with children and anyone looking for tranquillity. Initially a bit surprised about the isolated area (compared to Manocra), we soon discovered it was perfect for relaxation. The hotel staff assisted us by arranging taxis for our trips to Mancora and Tumbes, even called our taxi driver to check if we were OK, when we spent entire days out. The included breakfast with fresh juices was fantastic, and the optional lunches with sea food and dinners surpassed the quality of more expensive restaurants in Mancora. Special thanks to the attentive hotel staff who went out of their way to fulfil our requests. They provided us with different entertainment options, beach sports equipment, and ping pong, along with a variety of board games. Kayaking tour was amazing and safe under control of the guide who also was our photographer. Worth mentioning a memorable birthday celebration for my daughter. I ordered a decorated pancake for breakfast, but the team surprised us with a beautifully decorated area, music, and singing "Feliz Cumpleaños." The entire hotel area was clean and well-maintained. Our rooms were serviced daily (towels changed, cleaning), and everything operated seamlessly. White sand beach which is one step out from the hotel was unbeatable, allowing for safe and morning beach 10kms jogs along the shore as well as comfortable sun bath on the nice bunches under shadow. Despite it not being peak season, the hotel accommodated our request for a late check-in without additional charges. While I don't speak Spanish (my daughter does), communication with the staff was made easy with the help of Google Translate. Amazing staff and amenities - they were even so kind to get me gluten-free crackers and pasta to accommodate my diet which was so nice!

This is an amazing place niched in the north coast of Peru. It’s the perfect way to enjoy this beautiful coast. The staff was simply excellent: nice, attentive, friendly, smiling. Everyone there works extremely hard for the guests to feel welcomed and well treated. They work day and night to keep the facilities tidy. The rooms are calm, clean and neat. Bathrooms are big and clean as well. The facilites are super pretty and overall extremely relaxing. The restaurant is very good with a nice selection and very tasty food. Overall, this is the perfect getaway for couples and families!
