“Absolutely the BEST place to stay in the Canoa area.”
I just don't know what to say.........El Ocaso could not have done anything better. Clean, beautiful unit with extremely comfortable bed, exceptional furnishings, and decorations, perfect location, put our car in the covered garage and showed us what wonderful hosts do for guests. The breakfast was beyond expectations. Fresh coffee served on a silver plater with sugars and warmed cream...yes, even the cream for the coffee was warmed! Fresh orange juice and a nice variety of fresh fruits, fresh bread, breakfast meats, and scrambled eggs that were folded and fluffy like one would expect from a top-notch chef. Don't pass on this place.

“A rare gem!”
Fantastic value for money, we were the only guests and felt like we were in our own beachside villa. Room was excellent, and facilities in the property were great, including a well stocked drinks fridge and ice creams - really good idea as its a few km’s from Canoa centre. Access right onto the beach, pool with a view of the sunset, secure parking for our car and outdoor eating area for a romantic meal which our hosts kindly cooked for us! We couldn’t have asked for more on our penultimate night in Ecuador! Thanks
