“Disappointing Experience”
We had a very bad room despite booking more than a month in advance. The bathroom was dirty and in poor condition, and the sheets were not clean. The overall hygiene of the place left a lot to be desired. Breakfast was extremely basic and disappointing. The staff was rude and seemed completely unmotivated, making the stay even less pleasant. To make matters worse, there was a child, likely the son of an employee,running around, making noise, and disturbing guests, while one of the staff members kept calling him repeatedly without any improvement in the situation. Additionally, access to the Pousada is quite difficult, with a dark, unlit street at night, making it uncomfortable and potentially unsafe to arrive. Overall, a very disappointing stay that I would not recommend.
