Overview
The Campagna is a 3-star family-run hotel set on the Piedmont shores of Lake Maggiore, a 10-minute walk from the centre of Cannobio. Wi-Fi is free thoroughout and all rooms offer a private balcony. Rooms are equipped with soft carpeted floors, satellite TV and a private bathroom with shower and hairdryer. Some rooms offers full views of the lake. Hotel Campagna also features a private beach equipped with sun beds and parasols. The sun terrace and garden overlook the lake. Reception is open 24 hours a day. The bar is available for drinks ans snacks, and breakfast is a varied buffet.

“Private beach and great breakfast”
The private beach!! And also free bicycles, there are wonderful cycling routes in the city and we enjoyed them in the evening and also morning. Also very good breakfast with local quality cheese, bread and meat. Amazing receptionist, a lady :)

“Perfect base for checking out the local area.”
Excellent location and value for money. Very good buffet breakfast. Great view from the balcony. Room was well appointed and beds were comfortable. Plenty of parking.

“We had a happy and relaxing three day break, and the town of Cannobio a revelation.”
The staff were cheerful, helpful and very accessible and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast staff, in particular were delightful, as was the breakfast. The room itself was comfortable with an excellent patio style balcony overlooking the lake, which gave my wife great pleasure. One small observation is that the structure itself has obviously seen better days, but it is well worth its three star status.
