“Great location, lovely host, good food. A very relaxing stay”

Beautiful villa located on Lake Maggiore. The views were spectacular. A family run property. Francesca is a charming hard working host who goes above and beyond to make your stay special. We enjoyed the lovely breakfast sat on a small terrace overlooking lake. On the Sunday evening (they didn’t serve dinner on the Saturday) we enjoyed Italian food cooked by her brother using local ingredients whilst watching the sun go down over the lake. The weather was beautiful and we relaxed one afternoon in the garden jacuzzi, again overlooking the lake. You could also use the small private beach across the road where there were some sun loungers. Our room, at the top of the house, was a good size,clean,comfortable with that view! Parking is at side of the road, a little tricky to find at first, and then up some steps to the property. A short drive to Cannobio, not very safe to walk along road as no path.

I had a truly outstanding experience at Ca’ Meison — easily a 10 out of 10. The villa is beautifully styled, blending the charm of a historic Italian residence with thoughtful modern touches that make the stay incredibly comfortable. You can really feel the care that went into preserving its character while upgrading it for today’s guests. The owners clearly take care of every single detail, ensuring that everything is perfect and that guests feel genuinely welcomed throughout their stay. The dining experience was also exceptional. The dinner was of a very high standard, with a strong focus on local production and seasonal ingredients. We had the Easter dinner and truly enjoyed it. Breakfast is served in the style, once again highlighting local ingredients while maintaining a refined aesthetic that perfectly matches the villa’s overall style. Everything felt elegant, warm, and exceptionally well-considered. I would absolutely recommend Ca’ Meison to anyone looking for a unique and high-quality Italian experience.

A lovely house with excellent views over the lake. Our room had a large terrace but the house had plenty of places for all the guests to sit and enjoy the lake. Francesca was an excellent host and made the stay even more enjoyable.

Perfect location with outstanding service. Loved the easy access to a private beach. And the view? Absolutely breathtaking — words can't do it justice!

I fondly remember sitting on the balcony of Ca Meison on a rainy evening. Despite the weather, the stunning lake view before us and the majestic mountains in the background created an unforgettable atmosphere. The beautiful terrace where we sat added to the charm, while we were enjoying the view and our wine It was a truly perfect moment—one I wished could have lasted forever. In that moment, there was no other place I would have rather been.

Absolutely loved everything ❤️ a true aesthetic experience, amazing place, heartwarmingly friendly and sincere hosts Gianmarco & Francesca. Great vibes all around. Beautiful large room facing the garden. Possibility to have a swim from the private swimming area by the lake. Enjoyed a swim in the evening and also morning before the delicious breakfast.

The place is really nice! A family renovated villa with 6 rooms. The perfect place for peace and slow down. Francesca, the owner who runs it is super friendly and nice and makes you feel at home! The breakfast is made of local products and if the wheather is good you can enjoy it in the terrace with an amazing view of the lake. We’ll be back and recommend it to our people!
