It was very cold in the room, i stayed in May. no heating, no extra blanket available on the first night - then even with the blanket was still cold, no duvets or a heater available. Breakfast was minimal and poor in quality and quantity. guests that come after me who wake up later would have nothing left to eat. Coffee from the coffee machine was horrible however, the bar made one was excellent. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Location is good if you have a car, area was safe.

They gave us huge suit with good equipped kitchen instead of the room we booked. Very clean and good size pool. Free parking with enough spots. Useful beach across the road.

Beautiful beach and sea, sparsely populated area. Hotel was reasonable, a bit basic, but good value. We weren't spending too much time there.

Most probably best location in all Costa Smeralda if you want to be not more than about 350 meters from a large beach, very near , yet outside Laconia. Very comfortable, large rooms with sea view if you are on one of 2 uppermost floors. Breakfast with good choice of food. Very helpful personnel, especially Tonia Galeota from the central booking department who helped me save my bookings despite my card didn't work at the time of payment deadline. Tonia also helped me modifying the booking needed as I broke my leg just before our holiday and needed this assisstance. I stayed with 6 family members, total 3 rooms. All of us enjoyed the stay and shall recommend it to all seeking a quiet and convenient accommodation in heart of Costa Smeralda! Witold, stay 16-22 July, 2025.

Big clean rooms with small kitchenette. Very friendly stuff.close to the beach and Canningione. It has a grocery store in the complex if u don't have a meal plan.

Nothing!there are many things that are not disclosed when you book the hotel!the hotel tries to make money from absolutely anything!the room is cleaned once every 4 days!breakfast has no variety, in two weeks the same products!on the official page it says that breakfast lasts until 10 o'clock...at the hotel I was informed that it lasts until 9:30...starting at 9 o'clock no more food is brought!be careful with the bills for anything you consume in the hotel and pay!I consumed two cocktails, I paid them, I asked for the bill, and when I handed over the key to the room, they asked me again for cocktails.

Quiet and spacious room; location between Olbia and Palau, very easy to reach both; a nice beach within 5 minutes by foot; nice breakfast; a very convenient supermarket inside the hotel which opens everyday, it has fresh fruits, great selections of daily stuff and Sardinia tshirts at a very good price;

Location of the hotel is great. You have a nice view from your balcony. The breakfast was amazing, a lot of different food that is very good. The room was clean.

“Great location, quiet and ideal base for your stay in Sardinia”
The hotel was in an ideal location, just next to a lovely beach and was a great base for our trip! We really enjoyed the breakfast, there was plenty of choice and the staff were friendly and helpful during that time.
