The hotel is beautiful with great facilities and a stunning location. We had a room with a balcony and a view which was a pleasure. The beds were comfy and the bathroom was clean and well-equipped with soft towels, toiletries and a very good shower. Our included breakfast was delicious and generous. The staff went above and beyond, and were wonderfully playful with our two small boys. The children's play area was fun and the outdoor gym area was well-equipped. The hotel is within very short walking distance of the town centre, shops, cafes, restaurants and supermarkets, as well as right by the beach and walks along the seafront.

“Great location, maybe a little over priced for the experience that we had on our stay”

The location of the property was perfect, we were travelling by car but didn’t use it once we checked in. We walked into town for dinner each night along the waterfront.

The breakfast was wonderful! That staff were all really helpful and friendly-they went above and beyond to give us recommendations and their English was fantastic (much better than my Italian!).

“Excellent STAFF”

We stayed at Cala Di Falco for 3 nights with my family and had a wonderful time. The hotel itself is very well maintained, with good breakfast and dinner options and even a playground that was perfect for our toddler. The rooms are simple and as expected from the photos, but the real highlight of this hotel is without a doubt the staff. From the moment we arrived, every single person we met was smiling, warm, and genuinely eager to help. Their kindness and attentiveness went far beyond what we’ve experienced elsewhere, and it made our stay feel truly special. We’ve stayed in many hotels across Italy, but the team at Cala Di Falco is by far the nicest and most welcoming we’ve ever encountered. They are the reason we would come back and the reason we would recommend this hotel to others.

As a well travelled couple, we found the breakfast and dinner buffet to be outstanding. Hight quality products which is rare for a buffet. Staff are exceptional in all areas especially reception and restaurant.

The property is beautiful, with great gardens, pool and stunning views of the bay. A perfect place to relax, including if you travel with kids. The staff and service are truly exceptional. From the managers and receptionists to the waiters, housekeeping team, and buffet cooks—every single person we met was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. Unparalleled!

Very disappointing stay – misleading photos Unfortunately, the hotel did not meet our expectations at all. The photos on Booking are very misleading: the sea in reality was brown and dirty, nothing like the beautiful turquoise water shown online. The beach was poor, and even the private beach offered for €40 extra was very disappointing. The hotel itself is very old and not well maintained. Our room smelled unpleasant – first of chlorine, and later even worse. Breakfast was acceptable but nothing special for the price. The staff were friendly, but service was slow and unorganized. For example, we had to wait a long time to get our luggage back while rushing to catch a ferry. Overall, the stay was far below expectations and certainly not worth the price. I would not recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel with large territory, deep pool and delicious breakfast The staff is generally friendly, but there were different people: someone helped and entered into the situation as a human being. A huge thank you to the guys from the beach - everyone is incredibly nice, sympathetic and friendly We had a large room with a sea view, super view, two air conditioners, cleaning every day Breakfasts are delicious and varied, you can order cupcakes, omelettes
