“Wonderful Hotel with Wonderful Staff”

Absolutely loved the staff, especially Sabrina who is the restaurant manager, what a lovely lady, nothing was too much trouble. She has that restaurant working like clockwork. The food was excellent, the selection for breakfast is amazing, I don’t think I’ve seen so much choice. The reception staff are excellent too. When we arrived I asked for a mattress topper as I have severe arthritis and within 10 mins the lady had arranged for 2 of the house keeping staff to do this for me. Wonderful place and wonderful people. Thank you.

“Wow what a place”

The property is stunning. So clean and fresh and in an amazing location within walking distance to bars and restaurants and the beach. The manager greeted us everyday. The staff were so lovely and helpful. The spa was beautiful and the massages were amazing. Highly recommend this hotel.

The alarm went off in our room at midnight and kept us awake. An arrogant receptionist said there is nothing they could do about it until I asked him to call the police.

Location and 5 star luxury

I didn’t see this mentioned when I booked this your taxi from the airport (Olbia) is 100-150€ with no cheaper transfer options this had me in a bad mood when I arrived as I was not expecting this for a 39 minute drive We were welcomed and our luggage was taken off us and brought to our room and led to outside and given welcome drinks (tropical fruit juice) this was nice but felt slightly disjointed I would have like someone to come back out to us to give us our room key (we had to go back into reception for this *perhaps we were impatient*) and offer us information about the local amenities. The best thing about the hotel is you don’t have to leave it if you don’t want to. The outdoor pool area is lovely. I love the draping decor. Their unique selling point is the beach club Bruno is great it was a gorge day with nice beds but no toilet (one nearby which was a hole in the ground) and food and most drinks are brought from the hotel so expect to wait around 30mins. Breakfast had lots of allergen options and they were really accommodating with food. I found food/drink expensive 16€ for a cocktail and 20€+ for a salad and you had to pay to use the thermal suit which I felt could have been included. This hotel is not adults only I had the privilege of staying beside the only kids in the resort every morning I heard their little shoes running on the tiles. House keeping staff never stopped and the hotel was so clean and tidy. We got the cheapest room which had views into the carpark so consider upgrading if this would annoy you. We would have liked water in the room we needed to buy this in the supermarket and carry it up. Cannigione in a cute town 5-10 min walk away with lots of restaurant options In short it was a lovely boutique hotel I would stay in again. I know it’s only open five years and I’m sure has exciting extension plans

We booked this hotel following an incredible wedding in Italy, excited to begin our honeymoon in beautiful Sardinia. While our arrival was slightly disappointing—especially as we had requested something special to be left in our room, which was unfortunately overlooked—it didn’t overshadow the rest of our stay. The staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout. A special thank you to Sabina, whose friendly and personal approach really stood out and made us feel especially valued.

A lovely hotel in a beautiful setting. Room was comfortable and spotlessly clean. Tasteful, relaxing pool area where lunch/snacks/drinks are available from the restaurant. Restaurant has an impressive evening menu and wine list - delicious, but a little pricey, even for the area. Great location - a short walk from Cannigione and its port/beach where there are several excellent restaurants/bars offering a wide choice of menus at reasonable prices. Staff were exceptionally helpful and welcoming. Very professional service all round. The hotel has its own decking area by the sea, a short distance away, and a private beach a short drive away. A regular courtesy bus service is provided, and it worked well. Easy parking on site is an added bonus if you are hiring a car to explore the surrounding areas. Would highly recommend as a base for visiting the key sites and towns of the Smeralda Coast.

- Room was lovely and was really clean! Lovely toiletries in the room too. Loved the beach bag that could be used and you could use beach towels everyday (even when not using private beaches!) - Staff were so helpful; we had an issue with our rental car and they helped to call mechanics to discuss! So grateful! - Lovely decor around the property and pool area

“B-O-R-I-N-G”

Hotel smaller than expected. Definitely not a resort. NO BAR! Very quiet - too quiet! Boring actually. Must rent a car or you feel trapped. There is a small town you can walk to with beautiful coastal views where you can charter a boat for the day (a must do!). The staff was very friendly. Clean, pretty hotel. If you’re looking to just relax and do nothing, this is the place.

“Fine but I don’t know how it got a 5 star rating”

No iron provided we had to pay 55 euros to have two dresses and a shirt/trousers ironed. Other clothes remained wrinkled for our stay. You do not expect this from a 5 star hotel. No shampoo/conditioner in room which was fine but unusual. On the way in we had to sign something to say you were not allowed snacks from outside the hotel in your room, again very odd. Beach and deck required a shuttle service which was our own fault for not researching but quite inconvenient to have to wait for shuttles there and back. Hotel generally seems quite dated and smelled very strongly of the kitchen.
