“Owner shouting with us after politely asking for an extra sheet ( 2 sheets for 2 persons)”
Check in was really hectic. Nobody at the property, no answer for calls. After waiting and asking the people living in the back side, we were told to go to their restaurant. It could have been mentioned in the reservation or at the entrance door how to reach them. We were seriously considering to search for another accomodation. When we arrived at the restaurant we just waited, nobody seemed to care that the mosquitoes were eating us. At last an old lady and men not speaking English, escorted us back to the house. I reserved a twin room as we friends travelled together. No twin room. I asked for an extra sheet to cover during the night ( no aircon and it was 26 degrees in the room) as we had only one on the double bed. After a hassle she gave us a 10cm thick winter quilt without cover. Tried to explain with translator what we want, but she started to shout with us and slammed the door. We had no courage to say anything after this. We were shocked, it was really rude behavior! The building was really nice, also the very well kept garden. Nice see view from the balcony. The hall was decorated like a castle room, and very clean everywhere. The uniquely tile decorated ensuite bathroom was awsome! Never seen such before.

The rooms are very nice. The location is also good. You can rent bikes and cars to reach the shore.
