“Gorgeous gem”
This is a gem of an apartment. Spotlessly clean, everything you need, gorgeous little balcony. Peaceful and quiet and yet minutes from train station. Space is used to perfection. Excellent communication with host.

The flat is in a perfect location very close to the Palais. The key pickup couldn't be easier - there is a box at the door and the owner sends a code. Thanks to this we did not have to worry about our delayed flight to Nice and then for some reason very long ride in a cab. The flat consists of one room with kitchinette and a small balcony. The room is light and clean. The bed is comfortable. There is a coffee machine and coffe tabs in the kitchen, as well as some tea bags. The kitchen also already had things like salt, pepper and oil.

“Nice, compact apartment located 7-10 min by walk to a seaside. Perfect communication.”
Nice and clean apartment just around the corner to main train station including beautiful balcony facing the courtyard. Room was very clean, towells prepared (also some extra one in the closet). Nespresso with some coffee pods have come to taste.
