Overview
Set in a 19th-century villa with a heated swimming pool in the exotic garden,this residence offers soundrproofed and air-conditioned apartments with free Wi-Fi access. It is 50 metres from the Midi Beach. A flat-screen TV is included in each studio and apartment. Some feature a terrace and others open onto the garden. All of the individually decorated studios have a private bathroom with a hairdryer. A microwave and fridge are standard facilities in the kitchenette. Cannes-Mandelieu Airport is a 5-minute drive from Veles Plage Residence and private parking is free on site. The Palais des Festivals is 2 km away.

Everything exceeded our expectations - we can’t say enough good things about our stay and the property. It was so well cared for, the hosts were so kind and they really thought of everything. The room was very well equipped, clean, bigger than I expected and the view was amazing! The gardens and pool were beautiful we can’t wait to go back.

Great location, right across the street from the beach, bus station next to the building and 10 min walk to the train station. It had a nice terrace, a wonderful garden with trees and a pool. We didn’t bathe because we went sightseeing but in the summer it’s for sure the best place. Plus, it had free parking which is hard to find from what i’ve seen.

The property was exceptionally clean and welcoming. The attention to detail with the decor in the hallways and the gardens etc was amazing and very relaxing. The privacy of the pool due to the tree’s is great. We will visit again.

Independent, privately run apartment block with some very interesting and lovely features. Very pleasant management and keen to be of service. Good view of the sea from our room bedroom. The 2 bed apartment is spacious and equipped with a small kitchenette with basic catering facilities including hob and microwave and fridge. 30 minute walk to Cannes (5-10 min cab) 5 min from Cannes la Bocca station. Gas station with small shop nearby. Lovely pool area with seating although we didn't use the facilities due to the poor October weather. There is apparently a rood terrace but we didn't go up there. From the roadside this is a pretty building with secure, electric entry gate. The reception is cute and small and there are seats outside as well as a little reception area with a vending machine. Access was very easy from the main road and from the beach side through private locked gates. We visited in the autumn we can imagine it is very beautiful in the season. The building was clean overall.
