“Perfect place for a bit of luxury ans quiet chill time”
Just absolutely love this place . It's picture perfect and didn't disappoint . Beautifully presented and pristine with everything you need and sat on the patio with the birds singing was just what we needed after a busy 4 days in Monaco . This was relaxation space we needed for a few days down time the pool was lovely and quiet and stunning . The apartment was great fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with fluffy towels and shampoo ect all perfect . Even a welcome bowl of fruit wine and soft drinks . Theres a bakery and supermarket 4/5 mins walk down the street . And it's a nice 10/15 mins stroll into either Cannes or pointe CROISETTE for bars and restaurants .

Perfect spot for us about 10 minute walk away from the beach or 15 minutes to town centre. Plenty of butchers, bakers and supermarkets close by if you aren't dining out every night

“Amazing boutique hotel🩷”
So beautiful and clean hotel. We had lovely rooms with terrace. Pool area sunny and cozy. Our host was so lovely, super helpful and kind. Short walk to beach, supermarket close. This was better than we expected🩷

“Spectacular”
We absolutely loved our stay and Irina was amazing. She upgraded us, was attentive on her phone if we ever needed anything. The cleaning staff were friendly, clean, new, and the pool was perfectly warm and clean too. Lovely location. The condiments in the fridge were fully supplied and showers were clean and tidy. When we checked out, she allowed us to use a room that wasn’t used to get ready, shower, and enjoy the pool more. We can’t wait to come back

“Nothing short of perfection”
Even before we arrived, the communication was so considered and organised. The team were so accommodating. It was safe and secure, clean and the interiors were somehow better in real life. The most perfect apartment hotel for a girls weekend in Cannes. Book it! You won’t be disappointed

Exquisite!! Maison Carla Rosa is absolutely sublime. From the boujee interiors, to the gorgeous facilities… everything was so considered, from the toiletries provided to the towels and linen. We were made to feel so welcome. The location was ideal too. Highly recommend!

Alain has created an exceptional property and his welcome was warm and attentive - we could sense his passion for Maison Carla Rosa, which was beyond merely business acumen. In addition, there was complimentary wine on ice on arrival, plus soft drinks, together with an awesome array of fruits and berries. The private pool sparkles amid the manicured gardens, making this an oasis close to the hyper stimulation of Cannes seafront. The place is immaculate and extremely well appointed with a comfy sofa in the lounge/diner/kitchen area. The daily servicing gives the apartment concept the feeling of a hotel experience.

“Lovely apartment in a great location. Fabulous stay!”
Lovely apartment. Very well kept, clean and had everything we needed / well equipped kitchen etc. Location is great and walkable to the beach, many restaurants and shops. Convenient parking just across the road. Pool was lovely and we relaxed there a little. Our apartment had a little garden Witt sun loungers - lovely. Kids enjoyed it too. Alain was very welcoming and helpful. Clearly takes great pride in the apartments and had some lovely little touches with a fruit bowl, bottle of wine etc. Would definitely recommend it and would stay again no question.

“The best stay I’ve had in Cannes!”
The owner and the staff were amazing and couldn’t have done more for us. Hotel is stunning, really clean and lots of added extras like Rose and fruit on arrival and soft drinks included in the fridge. A shop/bakery and pizza shop are a 2 minute walk and the croisette just a short walk or taxi ride away.

Rooms very clean. Beautiful linen and products provided in bathroom. Complimentary fruit and water and wine upon arrival lovely. The styling of the property has been well thought out. The property is about a 2 min walk to a supermarket, butcher and bakery which is so handy to have a few things in the apartment. The pool was very clean. 10/10
