Absolutely everything! The unbeatable location right on the Croisette — waking up to the sea, palm trees and the iconic boulevard just steps away is magical. The apartment feels freshly renovated, super stylish, with that perfect mix of luxury and historic charm (it’s the legendary Palais Miramar after all!). Spotlessly clean, modern appliances, a very comfortable kitchen — it genuinely feels like a 5-star hotel but with complete privacy and freedom.

Mostly Location, the building, facilities, comfort in every level Any issue was resolved immediately, very good communication with the staff. We will definitely come back again.

This is the most comfortable apartment I have ever stayed in. It is beautifully finished and absolutely spotless. The staff on site are very helpful and the email and text contact was prompt and efficient. Excellent location and everything you could want is in the apartment. The whole experience was marvellous.

Great location and newly renovated one bedroom apartment. The staff were very friendly. Everything was new and we were happy for coffee capsules, and other extras like toothpaste and toothbrushes if needed. We will definitely be back.

I ve been travelling to Cannes for 20 years. I ve never been to a residence before and stayed in most 5 star hotels in La Croisette. This room is in very otantik building. Room is very ok and balcony is amazing for fresh air. The location is just the middle of Croisette. Do not hesitate to rent a room there. Staff is very much helpful . Thanks for everything.
