We had a wonderful time at this lovely apartment. Michel has been an amazing host—right from check-in, he was available, very welcoming, and always ready to help. The apartment is just 5 minutes from the train station and about an 8-minute walk to the Palais des Festivals. The amenities are excellent, and the kitchen has everything you need. Overall, a great stay!

“Wonderful”
This is a wonderful apartment right in the heart of Cannes, just a few minutes’ walk from La Croisette beach and all the city’s main attractions. Located in a modern residential building, it is cozy and comfortable, equipped with everything you might need. The underground parking is very convenient, and the parking space is large enough even for a very big car. I would also add that the apartment’s location makes it easy to avoid the traffic jams that usually paralyze the city during the summer months – a big advantage for travelers who don’t like to stay in one place. A separate word should be said about the host – Michel is simply amazing! He greeted us personally, showed us around the apartment, explained the amenities once more, and even gave us a short tour of the nearby streets to point out supermarkets and the market, as well as share restaurant recommendations. The instructions he had sent us beforehand could easily be compared to a high-quality travel guide to Cannes and the Riviera – they included detailed descriptions, video guides about the apartment and the neighborhood, plus tips on restaurants and local attractions. Thank you!

The apartment is simple but perfect. Michel is an exceptional host. Position is great, 10 mins by walk from the palais. The house is clean and comfortable.

“It felt like home...”
The host was incredibly supportive. He was super friendly and received us warmly. He understood the purpose of our trip and tailored the theme of the apartment to reflect our passions. For film professionals, it was a nice touch to see the film-inspired decor.
