“Perfect flat in the best position in Cannes”
Absolute dream property in the most perfect position in Cannes. Walkable to everything. Spotlessly clean and bright. Owner very easy to communicate with and kindly let us stay later on our last day. Can’t wait to come back. Can’t recommend this flat enough!! Loved the back terrace and front balcony which also has a sea view!!

“Very good location”
Excellent location and very helpful host who also offered an optional and very convenient transfer to the property from Nice airport. Property is on first floor with little balcony from where you can have side view of the sea . Spacious and bright apartment with two separate bedrooms. Would stay again .

“Lovely Apartment side sea view from the balcony, court yard seating and eating 2 mins to the beach.”
Well appointed and equipped. Comfortable beds, effective air conditioning. Great communication by the agent and personal meet and greet was great. The agent explained an issue with a door and the doors do need adjusting but this was the only issue.

“Promising property, but terrible experience. Cleanliness should be improved drastically!”
The location of the apartment is probably in the best spot in Cannes, 200 meters from the beach, surrounded by restaurants and shops, so you are right in the middle of the action. The apartment is very spacious and quiet (surprisingly because of the busy area), the kitchen was well equipped.

“Nice 3 room-flat near beaches”
All was very nice and we enjoyed our holiday with pleasure. Near to all beaches and many restaurants around . Also close to all shops and centre. Perfect position. Apartment was clean and very comfortable beds . Also terrace was nice to enjoy it . The bedrooms are on the side to terrace than not noise from the street. All we needed was there. We were happy to stay . Recommend to others.

“Beautiful apartment in an amazing location”
We loved everything about this apartment. The location was amazing, two minutes’ walk from the beach. The apartment is beautiful. The beds are incredibly comfortable, the shower fantastic. It was really quiet in spite of the central location. We really enjoyed people watching on the balcony and dinners on the lovely terrace.
