“A charming, spacious, tastefully decorated and delightful pied-á-terre.”
(NB! - My actual rating is 9.5 - see my explanation below) As pictured, a lovely space to relax in. Clean and comfortable. Tastefully decorated with warm and also contrasting artwork. The kitchen is well-equipped and modern. Certainly, what you see is what you get. The bed is comfortable though the room is a little on the tight side for me with a small gap at the foot of the bed. But this is a relatively small point. The bathroom, again, is tastefully done, and a lovely walk-in shower with enough length to stop a water wash on the main floor area. The communication with the owner, Ben, and his wife Jasmine, was first-rate. Fast response and Jasmine was great with other information like bus routes and supermarket location sending me maps where necessary. And also sorting out extra linen for me. 5 stars on this thank you.🥳 I don't mind walking and it's a 25-minute walk from the apartment to the center. But buses are just a minute's walk. Very handy. Highly recommended and I would happily stay here again.

“Amazing, spacious and modern accommodation”
It was better than I expected! Had a luxury feel that I never expected for this price. Was spacious, very modern and well-equipped. I felt like home. Actually, even better :) Very comfortable and elegant accommodation, loved it.

“Great vacation on the Riviera”
Nicely furnished apartment, very clean, smaller than in the pictures but perfect for 2 people, fully equipped kitchen (I didn't use it because I don't like to cook on vacation, for breakfast is a cafe vis-à-vis that is open early in the morning and a supermarket nearby. We found a parking space in front of the cafe or at the beach, which is very close (we were lucky because parking is a problem in Cannes and on the entire Riviera).Close to the city center and very close to the beach
