Located in Canmore, Alberta, this inn is 7 km from Banff National Park and 4 minutes’ drive to the Canmore Museum. A cable TV is featured in all rooms. It's pretty basic but great value for money, the room still had all the usual appliances (fridge, tea/coffee, tv), beds ere clean and comfy, little dated but I wasn't looking for anything fancy. Great view of the mountains from the room! Great location too close to shops/restaurants and the highway into banff. Great choice if you want to escape the bustle of a busy Banff.

The electricity did not work for any of my three hair tools in the bathroom. Very inconvenient. Must not be enough power because it worked on their hairdryer. I tried at the power bar and it worked there but there is no mirror nearby there.

We've stayed here several times in the past years. We enjoy the spacious, comfortable rooms and that we have access to a microwave and kettle. The inn is quiet, parking is available, the staff is helpful and the location in Canmore can't be beat. Winter or summer the scenery is spectacular We also enjoy the fact that books are often available for the taking in the little dining area- that's such a 'homey' touch.
