Great facilities and rooms. I stayed in 3 hotels while in Canmore and Banff, two of the others are popular in Banff and all I can say is that we should’ve stayed in Falcon Crest for our whole stay and skipped the other two.

“Our stay was very nice and the hotel met our expectations. We would be happy to stay here again.”
The room was very well laid out and the kitchen was set up well with everything required to make your own meals. The bathroom was very nice and clean and well laid out. Great to have housecoats to wear when coming from the outdoor hot tub.

“A Great Stay for my Birthday Trip!”
It is better than expected. The bus stop is just infront of the hotel to downtown. Facilities wise is great! I got the mountain view room so beautiful. The kitchenette is complete. I would come again. Staffs is very accomodating and friendly.

“Beautiful home away from home”
Beautiful home, spacious, warm, great views, comfortable beds, 2 bathrooms! Building was gorgeous and festive for Christmas. Location was not quite central but walkable distance to anywhere. Outdoor hot tubs 👌 Balcony! Quiet

“Really good accommodation. Slightly further from centre than ideal”
Spacious suite with full kitchen, lounge with fire, balcony with BBQ , bedroom, bathroom with bath & large shower ( unfortunately leaked a little due to ill-fitting shower door but remedied with strategically placed bath mat) . Reception & maintenance staff responded promptly to problem. Good parking garage .

“Clean, comfortable and spacious accommodation in a good location and with excellent staff”
This was clean, comfortable and very spacious accommodation with all that we needed for a self catering stay. Parking in Canmore can be difficult especially at weekends, so to have ample free parking onsite was a real bonus, as was having our own washing machine and dryer. All staff we had dealings with were friendly and helpful, and having a 24 hour front desk was also very useful. The property is well located in a quiet area, with for example a very good Safeway supermarket just a short drive away. Overall we enjoyed our time here and had a very pleasant stay.

“Stay here - you won't regret it!”
The room was large and well equipped with a good view, the front desk were very helpful and Canmore itself was beautiful. The Policemans Creek boardwalk into town from the lodge was very scenic.

“Fabulous stay in wonderful location!”
Everything! One bedroom suite, excellent facilities in room including full kitchen, washing machine and tumble dryer. Lovely lounge area with fire effect fire and big TV. Wifi excellent. 2 outdoor hot tubs and secure underground parking. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay again :)
