We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything exceeded our expectations. We were checked in earlier than expected, which was incredibly helpful, especially since we were traveling with a baby. The staff were very understanding and accommodating — they upgraded us to a larger room with a kitchen, even though we had booked a different one. And they didn’t charge us anything extra for it. Thank you so much for such a warm and thoughtful experience! We would definitely love to come back and will happily recommend this hotel to others 🤍

The sofa bed was not made up. The doors did not close properly. The sheets were dirty. The bathroom sink was clogged.
