Hostal Rural Luna y Hostal Rural Lunaposada have a charming setting in the old town of Candeleda, in the Sierra de Gredos Mountains. There is a 24-hour reception and air-conditioned rooms. Beautiful house and room. Charmingly warm friendly welcome. Felt like visiting a friend, spent a pleasant evening in the sitting room curled up with a book and a nice cup of tea.0

“Great Mountain Weekend Stay”
We loved our stay! The host was so sweet. She gave us a kind welcoming and great recommendations. It is located in a cute, historic square at the heart of this beautiful town. The place is also pretty clean and well kept.

“Lovely warm friendly place to come back to at night”
The lady who welcomed us and checked us in was lovely. Very kind and welcoming. She gave us a choice of rooms and was insistent that we went to look at them before deciding. It was spotlessly clean and very central.

The location was excellent! The room was small but cozy and clean. The bed, very comfortable. Staff were super friendly and helpful!!

it was in the centre of the small town so convenient for restaurants and bars. it had a comfortable relaxing area where there were sofas, table and chairs, microwave, fridge, glasses etc. The rooms were small but comfortable and clean

Ana & Luis are amazing hosts. They recommended a few plans to maximize our time visiting. The room was very cozy, clean, and quiet. Located in the heart of the town, a short walk from bars/restaurants, and some great hiking trails. All in all highly recommended and we look forward to coming back in the summer to enjoy a dip in the river.

“Great place to stay, very clean beautiful large bed and room”
The welcome reception and the room was fantastic, a superking size bed and the room was large as well and very clean. The room overlooked the old street which was colourful with flowers. We recently stayed in an Ibis and did not have the size of room we had at Luna. The room was cleaned every day unlike the Ibis which was only cleaned after 3 days. I would recommend this place to stay at and if we are ever back in the area we will be staying here.
