The hosts, Mercedes and Feliciano, were very friendly and helpful, generously leaving out some cheese and biscuits for our arrival, and giving us some fresh cherries later on. The apartment is large with a cosy sitting room as well as a larger dining room. There is plenty of space, with enough seating for several people. The main bedroom is comfortable with a good mattress. The weather in Candeleda was cool when we stayed, but is was easy to heat up the rooms quickly. The property is in a very convenient location - a quiet street at the edge of the town centre, with free street parking available.
