- Balcony with a nice seaside view from 8th floor. - Sleep was great, comfortable bed, silence. - Helpful host, self check-in, easy to park nearby (there's an uphill unpaved free parking lot). - Lots of amenities for a 1-bedroom apartment. - This apartment has an AC unit, silent, could also be used for heat if needed.

“Amazing sea view in a tranquil place”

We wanted a spacious apartment with terrace and sea view in a quiet area and we got exactly that. There are some inconveniences to staying in a small town that does not attract tourists (less restaurants and shops), but also advantages - quiet and great view. We loved having relaxed breakfasts on the balcony while admiring the sun rising above the calm sea and listening to parrots singing in the palm trees below. We love the quiet life of the town and the promenade along the black sand beach. A lot of people complain about not finding a parking spot, but even the big gravel parking is not that far away. You come to Tenerife for the hikes, so walking 100-200 meters shouldn't be a problem. And if you really want to complain about parking, go to Los Cristianos on a holiday >:) The apartment is well equipped with all the appliances and tools one might need - big fridge, washing machine (no dryer, but there's a rack), induction stove, oven, kettle, moka pot, drip filter, toaster, microwave, iron and probably other stuff I didn't notice. There are also plenty of power outlets. Check-in and check out are very convenient. We didn't use the pool, but it looked really nice and clean. Fully recommend this place (unless you want to stay in a resort in the South).

I had a wonderful stay! The view from the window was absolutely stunning, and it made the experience even more enjoyable. The accommodation offered plenty of amenities, which made everything so convenient. The kitchen was fully equipped, so I had everything I needed to prepare meals. Additionally, the communication with the owner was excellent – they were very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend this place!

“comfy apartment with a great terrace and a view”

I honestly loved the location. Even though there was not much to do in the town itself the location was conveniently close to all the sights we wanted to see (assuming you get a car of course). We loved the sunny patio as well as the pool area. The building and the whole area gives nostalgic 90s vibe. The apartment is nicely equipped. Even though it’s a little outdated it still has cozy feel and an amazing view to the ocean.

Great apartment, well equipped with everything you need, very clean, stunning views from balcony and great location close to motorway so easy to get everywhere around island. Host was friendly and easily contactable. Also town and beaches much quieter comparing to other locations.

The apartment is slightly dated, but clean and comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped with full-size refrigerator, toaster, kettle, etc. The sea view is very good with morning sun over the water. We weren't sure about the neighborhood at first, very quiet, but no restaurants or shops. Then we discovered within a 10 minute walk everything we needed, beach, shops, restaurants, stores. The free street parking fills up, but we always found a spot reasonably close. We were happy with our stay!

Spotlessly clean

Located close to the beach with great views of the ocean and a tastefully furnished apartment. The kitchen was well equipped. The property owner was very responsive as well.

Very clean, close to the sea the view was amazing and the pool was open till 10 pm which definitely was a plus!! Very modern and it was easy to fin the bus station

We loved the quietness and the views that comes with the 8th floor. Apartment was more than comfortable and spotless with everything we required. Definitely recommend 👌

One bedroom apartment with fantastic views. Big terrace where you can relax in the afternoon when the sun sets down a little bit. Miriam is fantastic host, she organised some stuff for baby when we asked, she was very helpful. Kitchen is well equipped, there is lot of cabinets with some extra space for your luggage or clothes. There is fantastic mountain view to the rear of the apartment, although you cannot really enjoy it as there is no window.

Everything ok. For people like us that were spending time climbing to Teide summit, hiking on Roques de Garcia, Barranco del Infierno, Bosque Encantando la Ensillada in El Pijaral trails and penetrating Cuevas del Viento being able to have some rest in the evening on 8th floor balcony with undisturbed view of the Ocean this place was really great.
