Clean room, comfortable bed, nice bathroom. Staff was very helpful and made us feel very welcome. Stopover to get back to the airport next morning.

The rooms literally stunk of alcohol and cigarettes - we were made to book 2 rooms when one was enough and the hotel itself is a council estate going back in the 80s It was a last minute booing and it was so late by the time we got there with our kids. It’s a good place for a group who doesn’t mind an outdated low level hotel. I will add the staff at reception was lovely and the location is ok but you can’t get late light food with ease.

Very good food, room was cleaned every day. Very nice people but would say in November it’s a hotel for older people.

It is not far from the main highway, so each to excess. Room with 3 beds are friendly for family with kids.

Views of Gran Canaria are stunning

The breakfast and dinner buffet was amazing, though the outdoor could be a bit more worked on. Like higher walls for volleyball area. Shot the ball over a couple of times. And the first night was a bit loud, as we could hear other couples having sex. And it was LOUD

Really good food, we stayed in modern room, all the coworkers were really friendly. Th hotel is pretty quiet, we can highly recommend it. We stayed during New Years Eve and it was our best experience during this tome across Canarias!

Room was big, clean and comfortable Staff were very good Breakfast food was varied and plentiful.

Breakfast was very good, but very crowded and the smell of fried food was everywhere.

Very good location, very close to the TF 1 motorway, walking distance to a nice beach and promenade. Entertainment Shows every evening, breakfast buffet was good, but repeating if you stay for longer than 2 days, it gets repetitive. Very friendly staff. Rooms were cleaned every day, towels changed everyday, on one of the days even twice.
