“Marvellous 3-bedroom holiday apartment on the coast of Tenerife.”
Great communication with Pedro, the host. The building is close to a motorway intersection for easy access and has free underground parking. It is also within 50 metres of the promenade and beach, with some good restaurants within easy walking distance. The apartment was spotlessly clean, spacious and comfortable. The views from the terrace were spectacular. The wifi worked well, as did all the household appliances including the TV and the washing machine. An excellent place to stay!

Big apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Ocean and mountain view from balcony. Well-equipped kitchen. Underground parking is a big plus. Owner knows only spanish but thanks to the technology there was no problem with communication.

Candelaria is one of the best areas for accommodation on the island. Everything is close from here. Having a parking space included in the price of the apartment made everything very easy. The apartment is spacious. Equipped with everything you need. If you need anything, Pedro arranges it immediately. Something quite ordinary happened - the cistern of one of the toilets broke - we just called on the phone in the evening and the next day in the morning Pedro had fixed it. This is great. And the best thing was the dinners on the terrace. The ocean can be seen and heard, the palm trees rustle slightly in the wind. Also the sunrises. You're drinking coffee on the terrace, and the sun is shining through the window...

“Wonderful stay”
Very nice flat with a magnificent view from the balcony. Property also provided us with a private parking slot with elevator access from the parking to the floor (which was very convenient). The flat has 3 separate bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a separate living room, plus a separate kitchen and balcony, awesome! Lots of space, a TV, and good WiFi. As we visited on New Year's Eve the host even decorated a small Christmas tree for us. The kitchen, the rooms, and the bathrooms were fully equipped. The building has a swimming pool on the property, the host provided the access key. We haven't spent time at the pool, as the water there was cold, the same as in the ocean, so... There are several restaurants nearby like Vietnam (asia) food, also a bit fancy restaurant, plus lots of cafes, and a shopping mall are in short walking distance. The beach is also really close, but not that good to be honest... The host is very friendly and helpful.
