“A great short stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return.”
I had a great stay here and wouldn’t hesitate to return. Its a short walk from the bus station and nearby square which comes alive in the evenings with food stalls and families. There’s amazing street art all around. The staff are amazing, l had an early excursion (5:30 am pick up) and Simon had packed food ready for me, and I’m veggie. The room I had was great was great, both with a fan and AC and very comfortable.

It was an exceptional stay. The apartment and the whole object itself is very comfortable, cosy and aesthetically pleasing. Great attention has been paid to the details, aesthetics and comfort. And the breakfast is just fantastic, with very friendly host and staff. Highly recommended!

“Excellent”
We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The atmosphere was very pleasant and welcoming. We asked if it would be possible to have breakfast half an hour earlier, and the chef kindly prepared it for us, which we really appreciated. The bed linen and bathroom were clean, and everything felt comfortable and well taken care of. Overall, the hotel has a very nice atmosphere, and we had a great experience.

we loved the Quetzal so much we decided to come back at the end of our trip to stay another night. it’s a charming house full of greenery, Sam and the staff are warm and accommodating. spacious rooms, delicious breakfast.

Best boutique hotel I've stayed in ever! Staff were extremely friendly, I'd highly recommend this place. Sheets and room was super clean too and the food for breakfast was really good. Location also perfect because its not too touristic the area and located next to a central plaza where people are dancing and eating food every night.

“Relaxing, friendly and comfortable”
After 23 hours of flying it was the perfect place to arrive into Mexico, relaxing from the moment we arrived till the delicious breakfast on our departure. Managed by a very friendly pair of brothers. Already recommended it to a friend arriving in a week.

“Quite stay in the heart of Cancun”
We actually loved everything. We had a very warm welcome by the host, the room was spotless and very comfortable. The whole atmosphere was super leaned back and relaxed. The breakfast Luis prepared was just outstanding, delicious and plentiful. The whole team was extremely welcoming friendly and helpful. The sort you out with tips for getting around in the areas which is gold.

A lovely place with a lot of personality. The room is beautiful, it has all the details you can expect. The hosts are there for you and happy to help with any questions you may have. The breakfast is delicious and extensive, and it's wonderful to relax by the pool. This place was the highlight of my stay in Cancun.
