The staff was amazing & very helpful. There is a huge & colourful outdoor. I recommand 100% for short or long stay

A good sociable option near ADO Centro and Parque de las Papalas which is lively at night. Sturdy timber bunks with light, power and curtain, and large locker. Towel provided. Good common areas and useful kitchen.

The facility it is comfortable and has all the amenities you could use. Plus is very well located, the bed and pillows are delicious.

Probably the cleanest accommodations considering the amount of people. They are always improving the facilities. If yiu follow the rules, The Boathouse is hard to beat. An international Artist has muraled the courtyard, it's spectacular.

We stayed 2 nights in the boat house and it was as in the description. The room was clean and the air conditioning works perfectly

I decided to stay for one night before my flight and ended up regretting it. The accommodation for one night was paid through Booking, but there was a tax that had to be paid on site at the hostel. Okay. I arrived around 9:30 p.m. hoping to settle in quickly, but the card terminal did not accept my card. We tried again and the same thing happened. Then we tried to make the payment via email, but again it didn’t work. This was strange, as I had been traveling around Mexico for three weeks without any issues, and this happened right at the end (of course, I didn't have any cash since the plane was the next day). This was the first hostel on the whole trip where I had to pay extra on the spot. They don’t accept Canadian dollars, only U.S. dollars. The receptionist called the manager and the answer was to withdraw cash. I suggested buying something or trying to make the payment online in another way, since I had already paid for the accommodation on Booking with this card, but the answer was still cash. So in order to pay 80 Mexican pesos, I had to go to an ATM, withdraw the money, and pay a bank fee on top of that. When I asked if I could do it in the morning, I was told no, it had to be done today. It was already 10 p.m. I asked again because it was quite late, but the answer was still no, it had to be now. As a result, I had to go out at 10 p.m. to look for an ATM, withdraw 100 Mexican pesos (since 80 cannot be withdrawn), and pay a bank fee of 113 pesos. Is this a customer-oriented approach from the hostel? I don’t think so. Oh yeah, and I'll attach a photos (unfortunately I can’t attach a video) of the shower stall. It's horrible and not for humans

Great social vibe, the staff were very friendly and helpful,, clean kitchen and bathrooms and great sheets on the bed. Bikes for hire - that is a great day out to explore the beaches. Cheap bus also available to the beach so good location, with the supermarket very close.

The room was nice and cosy, well equipped. Nice private garden to relax !

Bed & pillows were very comfortable. Great bedding. (Too many pillows) Quiet hostel in a great location, and the price was fantastic.

“Would come again”

I was greeted by a lovely woman at the reception. The beds were clean and well taken care off. You have a locker with plugs INSIDE! (That was the first time I stayed in a woth that feature). Also a little nieche on the bed with plugs. The bathroom was small and very humid. The common area is nice. You get drinking water.
