Location is good, free easily accessible outdoor parking. The beach is literally steps away from the bedroom & very easy to navigate to, huge bonus. Also enjoyed the nearby pool with family, very cool lights in the evening.

Great outdoor pool especially for the kids. They loved it! The beach was secluded and the seining chairs was a plus.

“Great leisure / holiday stay!”
Always in contact with the owner, great location at a fair price. Pool was newly renovated and with water playground for the kids. This was absolutely a jackpot too.

The Solymar Condos are great value for money. The location is perfect, not really in the heart of hotel zone but also pretty close but what makes the stay exceptional is are the owners. Juan and Alejandra are extremely kind people who will go to great lengths to make sure you are comfortable and happy. They will give you recommendations to local restaurants and what to do and not to do and overall will take great care of you! One weekend I have got a nasty food poisoning and Juan brought me medication from pharmacy free of charge and kept checking on me if I’m fine!

Our host Juan is very nice man. We loved the great view to the pool and the see. Both are very close. The property is calm compared to the huge hotels near to this condo. The kitchen is equipted, and the placed giant waterbottle made our life easier :) Thanks for everything! If we visit Cancun again we will consider to stay here again.

great location - close to the beach and easy to reach other parts of the city (we travelled by bus because of big size of the family - fast, cheap and safe)

I’ve had an amazing stay at Solymar condos. Juan has provided detailed info beforehand on everything I needed and has been supportive through my whole stay. Alejandra is a very welcoming, warm and hospitable person. I enjoyed interacting with her although I do not speak Spanish and she English, however google translate helped a lot 😁. I really liked the apartment - it is spacious and has a great view on the sea and is fully equipped with everything you might need during your stay. Highly recommend Solymar condos and I’ll be delighted to stay there again if I ever visit Cancun again.
