“Good value and location”
Good location for tour pick ups. Easy to catch uber or local buses to hotel zone beaches. Clean rooms and buffet breakfast was good. Lovely pool area.

We didn’t have a blanket in the room . We asked for one and the answer was : no blankets at all because the hotel is full … The poll bar is very poor!

“Downtown Cancun”
Hotel and room were very clean. Love the pool area. Location was convenient for tour pick-up. Close to food opposite the road or at least 5 minutes down the road, for choices outside of the hotel.

The hotel lobby is very smart, lovely swimming pool area, good breakfast with a variety of options. Location is ideal with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Pick up available for all the exurcisons I went on during my stay.

“Convenient downtown location, with good breakfast, but staff could be more courteous”
Location is convenient for those who are not exactly looking for Cancun's beaches (we travelled mainly to visit Chichén Itzá), as you will need to use the bus, taxi/Uber or rent a car if you don't want to walk too much to get to the ocean. Breakfast is in a buffet style, and it offers a good variety of fruits and pastry, hot food, as well as vegan and vegetarian options, with everything served very fresh. Rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable.
