Lovely hotel! The food was amazing, lots of variety. Very helpful staff, clean rooms and facilities. Location was great. Noise level was good, compared to other hotels we’d been told about by other guests.

The location was fine and it smelled great when you entered. The beach was nice, and all of the waiters were really lovely throughout our stay.

Only here for one night after travels to other areas in Mexico. Stayed here for practically to airport and looked nice online. Nice view and spacious rooms.

Staff/ Service was excellent. I stayed on all-inclusive basis. Food was great in all 3 places (buffet, Italian and Japanese). The coffee shop is a very nice addition.

the price was significantly cheaper, compared to other all-inclusive resorts in the area. so this can be regarded as a budget resort and inevitably some things were lacking. but when visiting Cancun, three things matter imo: easy access to the sea, a comfortable place to sleep and welcoming people serving you, and this place had all of them.

The food was very good, and the staff was extremely nice and accommodating. The Hakka restaurant was very good, and the buffet had many tasty options. The Wi-Fi was good, even on the beach. The lifeguard was working hard and paying attention to people in the water.

The staff were excellent - friendly, courteous, helpful and warm. The beach is lovely even if we did have very windy weather during our stay! The pool bar was good. The rooms are spacious and everything is clean.

The best things about this hotel are firstly definitely the fantastic staff. All of them were very friendly, helpful and very professional. The technician came within minutes when we had trouble with the AC. I hope the hotel pays them well! Secondly the food was very good and varied. Excellent breakfast buffet and the Asian Haka restaurant was very good - shout out to the gentleman serving us there he was lovely. The location and beach are also fantastic.

The Inspira rooms have an amazing ocean front view, it's definitely worth the price. Room was clean and comfy. We found room service quite fast. Kind and helpful personnel. The breakfast and the themed dinners at Azul were great.
