I stayed at this hotel twice in the same week and had an excellent experience both times. It’s truly a 5-star stay with all amenities in great condition and thoughtfully maintained. Location is great, the staff is very friendly, the bedrooms are big and you have privacy in your bed. They have a bar with a view of the lagoon and also many social activities for guests. I definitely will.come back.

They change my room to dirty room the smell it is so bad

Toilets were not clean.. The breakfast was not enough The pool was very small The pool and social area was closed at 11 ..its not good. They charged me for environment taxt , extra .. and did not put info

Location in front of the public beach of Cancun and where you can find a supermarket, a nice pub, and in 300 mt you are in front of Coco Bongo. Hostel witj very nice and friendly atmosphere, with nice swimming pool and bar, very relaxing during the day and also late at night.

Everything! The building, the decor, the comfy air-conditioned bedrooms, the attention to details (electric sockets inside personal lockers), great showers, cleanliness, the restaurant food, the riverside location and close promimity to the beach (see photo), and the organised events.

its a great spot to meet new ppl. there is always movement and things to do .. so if you want to stay in a place thats quiet you might want to think again.. but when your goal is to meet new friends , and want to participate in great activities. this is the one 🫶

We had the absolute BEST stay at Moyan Monkeys in Cancun! 🌴✨ From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome – they are genuinely some of the kindest, most helpful people we’ve ever met while traveling. Always smiling, always ready to help, and full of great tips for exploring Cancun. The rooms were super clean and very comfortable. Everything was spotless every single day, which made us feel completely at ease. You can really tell they care about maintaining high standards throughout the whole hostel. And the breakfast? AMAZING. 🥐🍓 Fresh, delicious, and with plenty of options – the perfect way to start the day before heading out to explore. It’s honestly one of the best hostel breakfasts we’ve ever had! We also booked several tours directly through the hostel, and they were absolutely fantastic. Everything was extremely well organized, clean, safe, and so much fun. The pricing was very fair for what you get – truly great value for money. It made everything so easy for us because we could just trust their recommendations and arrangements. We can’t recommend Moyan Monkeys enough. If you’re staying in Cancun and want a place that’s clean, social, well-organized, and run by amazing people – this is it! 💛🌊 We would 100% stay here again!
