There was no response via Booking.com or phone calls when i tried to reach out to them to organize for me a cab from Cancun Airport to the hotel which made be ripped off by the taxi drivers at the airport. I got to the hotel and the receptionist was not attentive and gave me a room that had not been cleaned and the toilet was dirty. Terrible services.

Nice, convenient hotel. There is a shopping mall close by, and a couple of restaurants. Room was basic but comfortable. Everything clean.

Central downtown Cancun near a Walmart. Staff are very friendly and the breakfast was basic but fresh and good. The rooms are very basic, beds are small but linen is fine.

“Practical, clean, and well-located for a short business stay”
My experience at ibis Cancún was very positive overall. The hotel is in a convenient location, close to downtown and with easy access to the hotel zone. The room was small but spotless, with a comfortable bed, good air-conditioning, fast WiFi, and everything needed for a short business trip. Check-in was quick, and the price-quality ratio is excellent — simple, reliable, and efficient. I would definitely stay again for work visits.

“Terrible”
Nothing. Hotel is filthy. I had hairs all over my bathroom. The general room was poor quality and poor cleanliness. I get this is a budget hotel but was pretty disgusting.
