The hotel is very large and beautiful. The food in the restaurant is very delicious, especially at moongate Restaurant. The child especially likes the ice cream in the dessert shop. It tastes very good.

A fantastic all-inclusive with high value for money. My partner and I stayed 5 nights in the Club building which offers an additional layer of luxury and service from the dedicated Club Concierge Team. The pools, amenities, restaurants and bars cannot be faulted with highlights including the Moon Gate and Habaneros where we had fresh sashimi and authentic Mexican dishes. The pools and surrounds were spotless with plenty of sun beds available at all times. Ground staff were incredibly friendly and efficient. We booked a king room which was spacious and looked directly onto the beach. If you are looking to organise private or special events, the concierge team will go above and beyond. The team helped me organise a private 4-course birthday dinner on the beach pier which included a bottle of wine. Complimentary champagne was also provided in the room on arrival as well as birthday balloons and sashes on the room door. This is a perfect, stressless holiday for couples and families.

So much choices to eat at different restaurants with really cool experiences like Tepanyaki at no extra cost. The beach is gorgeous, clear blue water and white sand. There are small rocks where fish gather so it’s perfect for a little bit of snorkelling.

All of the staff were attentive, friendly, approachable, and polite, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The rooms were modern, very clean, and well maintained. There were plenty of sun loungers by both the pool and the beach. We especially appreciated the thoughtful layout with separate pool areas — one with entertainment and a lively atmosphere, and another designed for a quieter, more relaxing vibe. The dining options were excellent, with a great variety to choose from without feeling overwhelming. Every meal was prepared to a high standard and consistently delicious. Overall, a fantastic stay that we would happily recommend anyone looking for a premium resort in Cancun near the airport.

Lots of activity was always going on and kept boys all time busy. We did photography with the hotel and she was so so good. Really recommended her if anyone planning to go.

We loved Everything!!! Once checked inn we didn't want to leave the hotel. We had a perfect vacation with excellent food in all of the restaurants. Great service from all the staff especially our waiter from TradeWind restaurant - Mr. Noel Addie who made our stay am unforgettable experience. The hotel was very clean. The rooms were big and convenient. The pools were amazing and the GYM was great. We will definitely return for another stay. Thank you Hayatt Ziva for a wonderful stay!

“Wonderful resort but bar and restaurant closed too early disappointment if book a long day tour”
The room was spacious . I really like the dressing room and separated wc. The house keeping was fantastic making our stay even more comfortable.

I don’t remember in my life staying at a hotel with such a dedicated and competent team. May this message be passed on to all the staff. From the maintenance worker to the waiters in all the restaurants. We were greeted with a ‘good morning,’ a hand on the chest, and a smile the whole time. Everything worked wonderfully well.

“Amazing stay,”
The hotel itself is amazing. The staff are friendly, they have an all you can eat candy shop for kids, the food was fabulous. They have an amazing entertainment team. The pool was warm, i think it was heated the kids loved it !
