“Excellent all inclusive, exactly what you expect, good entertainment, I wouldn’t upgrade to Vantage in the future”
Really well appointed in the hotel zone. Does have a lot of construction still going on although it doesn’t really affect your stay at the property. Everything really is included, the rooms are big, and the rooftop bar is beautiful. I loved that the main swimming pool is actually swimmable first thing in the morning… I was doing laps at 6 am which was heaven.

I had also booked kayaking in advance with an 11:30 AM meeting time. However, the front desk staff member was not present from 11:30 until almost 12:00 PM. I confirmed with him during that time, and he asked me to wait, but after waiting for about 30 minutes, no one returned. Additionally, at the buffet restaurant, I noticed some dishes and plates that did not appear to be properly cleaned.

There were plenty of sunbed options, super friendly staff, an array of great entertainment options, a great gym! Little coffee shop had decent coffee.

The location and overall resort is great, food and drink options were great once you understood that the app doesn't help you make any bookings, you must instead go to each restaurant once opened and book for the following nights.

“Best Birthday Ever!”
Beautiful resort, the staff was amazing, the food was delicious. I travelled to Mexico for my birthday and loved it. Also got to celebrate dia de los muertos and it was great. Will definitely be returning.

“Relaxing week”
The hotel is stunning, located in a beautiful area and super modern. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help. The rooms are spacious, equipped with everything you need and very clean. The food selection is varied and the cocktail bars are everywhere.

“Perfect”
It’s modern, clean, well run. The staff are fantastic! The food is really good, the Japanese restaurant is a standout. So is Fresco ceviche. Best ceviche I’ve had (and I’ve had a lot). The beach club is a short bus drive away, the bus comes often. Main pool is a good temperature. Overall a very safe, relaxing and enjoyable stay.
