“Perfect”

It was supper closed to the ADO bus station. In front of the of lots of available restaurants and at the ground floor is a restaurant the owner was super friendly and good portions. The Hotel staff were super friendly and helpful.

“Practical overnight stay, very close to the ADO bus terminal.”

Like most hotels in Cancun, this one was above the price typical for places in the Yucatan (though well below the cost of hotels on the main beach strip). It's in the "old town", and for me its main advantage was that it's very close to the ADO bus terminal, for Valladolid, Merida, and beyond. That's why I booked it. Price aside, it was fine - I had a good room with good wifi and aircon. I didn't use the pool. Staff were helpful.

Perfect location next to the ADO bus terminal. Great bar/restaurant (not associated with hotel) attached to lobby. Friendly staff, bag hold was helpful. Room A/C worked great. Let us use pool after check-out until our bus departure.

“Hotel construction works ongoing”

Right beside bus station so easy to get airport shuttle

Location is nice. But this is where ends a good part. Front desk lady was occupied talking with someone instead of explaining us how to use facilities of the hotel(about pool didint even mentioned how to access) even thought we was staying just for one night( very close to ado bus station) but was worst hotel choice of all Hollidays. The room, when entered was crazy hot humid.And smelling like socks. No toiletries. Or glass for water. In the morning we went to hotels restaurant to get a coffee. Asked if its possible to pay by card. Lady said yes. We drunk our coffee. Ready to pay and she says- no. Just cash. We explained that we dont have cash because leaving the country now. She insisted to order smth more to reach the minimal amount which you can pay by card. We did. After went to smoke and she was pressing to go to front deak (inside the hotel, different building of cafeteria to pay) asap. its the firs time in mexico when we had such a bad experience with staff and hotel.

“Great value for money”

For the price you can’t go wrong. Has almost everything you will need. You are very close to everything and there is parking available. The aircon was amazing and the shower was great.

Very modern and nice rooms the staff was also very kind and even kept our luggage’s for a few days. We recommend this place 🙏

The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet The location is ideal if you are arriving or departing by bus, or need a supermarket.

Close to bus station for early morning journey. Surprisingly comfortable bed. Very clean

“Great stay at Cancun city center.”

Great location at Cancun city centre, very close to ADO buses, which is great if you are going to other parts of Mexico by bus. The hotel is being renovated: I had stayed here before and also enjoyed it. It has a nice pool, great in the afternoons, not crowded at all. If you want to stay in Cancun and do not mind being a bit away from the beaches (btw, there are buses to the beaches that stop in front of the hotel) this is the place. There are a lot of shops and restaurants around, and so I prefer it to the more international and expensive Zona Hotelera, or hotel zone which is catered more to American tourists.

“BAD EXPERIENCE”

I WENT FOR WORK REASONS FOR 3 DAYS, THE ROOM DIRTY, TOO MUCH EXTERIOR NOISE, THE PLACE IS FULL OF SCAMMERING PEOPLE, IN MY CASE BELONGINGS DISAPPEARED FROM MY SUITCASE AND THE ADMINISTRATION DOES NOT RESPONSE, THERE WERE VERY STRANGE PEOPLE WITH THE BEAR OF MAFIANS AT THE ENTRANCE TRYING TO SCAM TO EVERYONE WHO ENTER, THE BAR IS LOUD AND FULL OF NIGHT WOMEN. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. THERE ARE MANY OPTIONS AROUND THE SAME LOCATION.

Super central location for Cancun city centre and ADO bus station. Also, the room and bathroom were very clean and fresh. Staff was friendly

Wifi pw was never provided,We saw a PW in lobby but it didn't work on top floor.

“The best value for money”

For the price we paid (about £30 for the night), it really felt like a premium hotel! Location was excellent, we only stayed 1 night arriving from Cancun airport around 6pm. This hotel was 2mins walk from the main ADO bus terminal. Very friendly and accommodating staff. We arrived to the hotel so late (8pm) and there was someone to help us check in. As we only stayed 1 night and left early in the morning to catch the ADO, the bedroom was clean, beds were comfortable, Aircon, bathroom was big etc. No faults There was a pool, but we didn't have time to use. Location is quiet even if you're close to ADO etc

Great location and price

Very friendly and attentive receptionist. Central location, decent facilities. Good price.

Basic but nice hotel. We only stayed one night after our arrival in Cancun. Location is just perfect: so close to the central bus station and close to Parque de las Palapas which hosts a local food market. We had a convenient stay!
