“A nice basic hotel with friendly staff and nice breakfast room.”
We love this hotel,have stayed many times. The staff are lovely and very helpful. The breakfasts are great and not too expensive. It’s in a good location and easy to walk to from the main bus station,maybe 20 minutes.

Great location. Close to a nice park with food stands and they do festivals. 5 minutes walking to a super market (chedraui) and to the bus stop that brings you to all the beaches in the hotel zone. Amazing staff. Free water.

Great breakfasts,nice room after moving from a small double to a twin. Really nice,helpful staff,good location near Chedraui supermarket,two Oxxos,Las Palapas park etc. Really clean,the cleaners came every day and did a great job.

It’s close to everything I needed. I particularly appreciated being a short walk from a supermarket. Public transportation and entertainment are also close by.

“Good for a one night stay.”
I needed a place to stay due to an early morning flight from Cancun. This was about a 10 minute walk from the ADO station. It did the job. Fast food places nearby.

“Great stay in centre of Cancun”
- Great location: in city center, plenty of restaurants close by, close to bus stops for R1/R2 - Staff was super friendly & helpful - Breakfast was delicious (esp the chilaquiles) - Room was clean, and bed was comfortable - Wifi worked well
