Don't stay in this hotel if you enjoy a night cap or have alcoholic duty free as this hotel has a no alcohol policy on the premises or in your room good hotel if your with AA. I was made to sign a waiver that I wouldn't bring alcohol into the hotel I think they discriminate between Mexican and westerners I was made to wear a wristband as a 7 days I stayed at this hotel where I saw Mexicans there I didn't have any wristbands on. The girls on the front desk were ok they like to joke between each other in Mexican about the customer but the maids really nice and friendly. It's in a good location but most of the hotels have got to know alcohol policy so if you like a little nightcap before you go to bed don't stay this hotel chain. One more thing, there's a dog barking every single night from almost just after 12:00 till about 4:00 in the morning and it's sometimes constant sometimes it takes a break for half an hour and then he'll continue, The hotel doesn't think to shut the two glass doors at the front to stop the noise from coming in or speaking to the people who own the dog and telling them that we have people that are staying at the hotel and can you move your dogs to the other side of the house, so if you want to get some sleep at night this is not the best place to do it

Not a 4* hotel...!! Booked online 5 day and stayed 15min just so i can make another booking to other hotel. (no refund), no alcohol allowed inside hotel, they inform you at reception ... very bad experience!!

“Good value for money”
The location is very convenient, close to the bus station and amenities, very easy to reach the zona hotelera by bus. The room is large and comfortable and there is a rooftop swimming-pool.

The stay was great. Staff was great, especially Katya. On our first night there was rain and food delivery wasn’t working. Katya offered to go for some chinese food for us. It meant a lot to me and my daughter. Room was clean, location great. We had a nice time in Cancun.

“Awful. Terrible reception staff”
Good location in downtown Cancun. 15 mins uber from Hotel zone strip. Local bars, restaurants, and streetfood nearby, as well as two supermarkets all in walking distance. Room was basic and spacious, eventually when i got the one i paid for. Cleaner and breakfast restaurant staff were nice. Has the potential to be okay if cheap and basic is what youre after.
