The place was great value for money. The location was nice and close to amenities. It had most of what we needed for a comfortable stay.

We were promised a baby bed upon arrival. I asked it several times. Over booking.com and WhatsApp. the bed was not a problem. once we arrived, there was no baby bed. The owner foresaw a baby bed around 22 hrs, by that time our infant already fell asleep on the mattress on the floor.

“Great pool and apartment”
Very nice modern accommodation in Cancun Huuuuge pool and swimming facilities (you can swim/kayak/SUP in the artificial lagoon). There are also separate swimming pools around the periphery of the lagoon for swimming Apartment was roomy and had all modern comforts (A/C, TV's etc). Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cookware for proper meal preparation. Good parking on site Location was away from the busy/party areas of Cancun (what we were after)

“photos look promising but the actual apartment is very disappointing”
- the apartment was not clean - the digital lock had an easy and obvious password anyone can guess - the Pool is not available from 20h onwards - one of the WC would not flush - there was no drinkable water
