Here's how they made our stay magical: Immaculate Cleanliness: From the moment we arrived, the Coral Level's commitment to cleanliness was evident. Every inch of the property was immaculately maintained, ensuring our comfort and peace of mind throughout our stay. Expansive Property: Exploring the vast grounds hand in hand, we discovered secluded spots and breathtaking views. The property's size added an extra layer of romance and adventure to our honeymoon, making it feel like our own private paradise. Access to Iberostar: Access to the larger Iberostar resort added endless possibilities for dining, relaxation, and entertainment. We enjoyed sampling the various restaurants, lounging by the pools, and participating in the exciting activities available. Abundance of Entertainment: Our days were filled with laughter and joy thanks to the incredible entertainers. Among them, Alex stood out with their exceptional performances. Alex's charisma, infectious personality, and genuine warmth made us feel like good friends from the moment we met. “A great all inclusive experience in a beautiful location”
The hotel is beautiful- the reception, the bar, the restaurant, the pool and beach area. The rooms are also fantastic, incredibly spacious and light, and the views to the sea from all rooms are amazing (we were on one of the lower levels and we loved the view from f the sea). The jacuzzi bath on three balcony is a great addition. The staff are great: Ty, Maria, Terisista, Fernando, Irma, Yoania- all couldn’t help enough. The drinks and service at Coral Level are fantastic, as is the restaurant on site. Some of the restaurants at the main site are great, we enjoyed the Steakhouse, American Bistro and Hibachi restaurant. Room service is included, 24/7. The entertainment team are great at keeping things fun during the day- we especially loved Fernanda.

“Exceptional Hotel”
Everything, staff, food, drinks, views, location, accommodation staff, entertainment, facilities, cleanliness of the whole hotel. There even was a lovely perfume everywhere in the hotel, from the reception, to the scented toilet paper. The buffet and restaurants on site were top notch. Could not speak more highly of the place.

Breakfast and Lunch Service was Fantastic. Joshua our waiter was exceptional. Really outstanding and his level of attention to details was unmatched. Every order was on time and his customer service was great.
