“Clean, quiet and in the residential area”
The hotel is nice, clean, quiet ( apart from neighbour's barking dogs),modern and with a reasonably equipped kitchen. However, it’s located in a residential area where there isn’t much to see or do. Although I received the check-in instructions, it felt a bit uncomfortable knowing there was no reception or concierge available. It’s also more than a 15-minute walk from the ADO bus terminal, and the location is not easy to find. I booked deluxe queen room , but it was definitely smaller than advertised and not deluxe. There’s no real hotel atmosphere—it feels quite isolated, and I hardly saw any other guests during my stay.

The room was clean, modern, comfortable, there was a fridge. Wifi worked fine. It was also just a 10 min walk from ADO station.

We didn't meet the staff but were quite responsive to messages. The place was clean and near the main square and restaurants/shops. Good if you spend one night in Cancun before moving somewhere else.

Clean and simple place - everything one needs after a long travel. Good location for an overnight stay when arriving late from the airport (in walking distance to the ADO busstop) and when moving onwards the next day.
