The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making for a very pleasant stay. The location is excellent—convenient and close to everything you need in Cancún. The host was extremely responsive and helpful, always quick to reply and ready to assist with any questions. Overall, a great choice for anyone looking for a hassle-free stay in a good location.

Nice place in downtown Cancun, close to the market. Secure and clean. My room was comfortable. I stayed one night, but this place is good for a longer stay. House and Rooms are secured with number codes. You need to remember them during your stay.

Location is great, very close to bus terminal, for about 10 minutes walk. Close to post office as well. Good for a short stay waiting for airplane! The host reply message very quickly so it’s convenient with self check in and check out.

The place was clean, pleasant and in a safe environment. It was affordable. The communal dining room/kitchen/living room was useful.

Nice and clean! We stayed for one day and we were happy to be here! It’s located a little outside city center but it was walkable! Therefore the room was clean and the airco did good!

the windows could not be entirely closed and very loud music could be hear form closeby areas. They did not allow us to leave our luggage for free after check-out (they proposed to do it for a fee)

The room was clean, the bed was really comfortable and also they put shampoo and soap in the bathroom. It was close to the center, the kitchen was also very clean and well-maintained. The parking was free and it was available to park just in front or he building. Easy access, thank you for everything.

The place is great, conveniently located close to the bus station. Cute neighborhood, clean facilities, basic, simple but very nice! The owner also very helpful, replying instantly, though never met in person. )

Convenient check-in. Clean room and amenities. Safe neighborhood. It is good to explore the streets of Cancun. We didn't go to the beach.

Marcella was wonderful, she offered to show a shortcut to the ADO, but we were able to find a pretty good route. She was always smiling and helping us as this was our first bnb. Her husband was always smiling and saying hello.

The Casa is a good choice, if you want to arrive in Cancun, need a rest or waiting for your flight to departure. It’s not far from ADO station, so it’s easy to hop on your next travels. The host gives you all information you need for a self check-in, so you can check in even at night. It’s clean, the bed is comfy, the area felt safe!
